If you become a client, the documents and information needed for residency, banking or corporate procedures are processed under the engagement agreement, which describes that processing in detail.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for automated decisions, and we do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.

Austral LLC and most of its providers are based in the United States. Transfers take place under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, or under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
The site does not use advertising or profiling cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies, which do not require consent. Our statistics are collected without cookies.
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time (each newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link). Write to [email protected]: we will reply within one month.
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (for example, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy or the AEPD in Spain).
