Before all this, I was a corporate strategy consultant in Italy — internationalization was my specialty. I helped companies expand across borders, navigate foreign legal systems, structure operations in new markets. A valuable experience. And it gave me a skill set I did not yet know I would use on myself.
When I decided to apply that same strategic thinking to my own life, it was not the leap into the unknown that it is for most people. I knew how to read legal frameworks. I knew how to evaluate jurisdictions. I knew how to build networks in unfamiliar places. What I did not know was how addictive freedom would feel.
I lived in Malaysia. Then Mauritius. Then I landed in Panama, and Latin America became home. That was 2015. Since then, I have navigated residencies, banking systems, tax structures, and investment platforms across the continent. Not from an office. From the inside.
Ten years ago, the options for tax optimization were broad. Accessible programs existed across Asia, Europe, the Caribbean. I helped clients navigate all of them.
That landscape has narrowed dramatically. Thresholds have risen, requirements have multiplied, and the value-for-money equation has shifted. What remains are a few jurisdictions that still offer genuine advantages — not just to the ultra-wealthy.
As my clients increasingly arrived at the same conclusion, I made a strategic decision: focus. Become the definitive expert in the best remaining jurisdictions in Latin America. I know the culture, the legal frameworks, the actual practice on the ground. I have built networks and local teams that I have vetted over years, not months.
My work has two dimensions. First: strategic consulting — analyzing your situation across all possible jurisdictions and structures, giving you honest, independent guidance on the right path forward. Not every client needs Panama or Paraguay. Some need Dubai, Portugal, or a structure I don't implement. I'll tell you.
Second: implementation — for clients where Panama or Paraguay is genuinely the right answer, I have the local teams, legal networks, and decade of ground-level experience to execute. Residency, corporate formation, banking, Foundation structures — all handled end-to-end. Many clients engage both dimensions: the thinking first, then the doing.
Everything I recommend, I have done myself. The residency applications, the bank accounts, the daily logistics of building a life in a new country. This is not theory — it is a decade of lived practice.
I could process more clients if I diluted my involvement. I do not. Every initial conversation is with me. My consulting is paid because independent advice has a cost — and it is worth paying.
I do not propose elaborate structures when straightforward ones work. The simplest effective solution is always the right one.
I live where I advise. I use the banks, lawyers, and systems I recommend. When I tell you how something works in Paraguay, it is because I did it last week.
