This is an extraordinarily useful reflection for those of you who want to motivate their employees!

Too often leaders linger over negative conversations, even succeeding in persuading their people they are not adequate for the challenge.

Il buon funzionamento di un gruppo di lavoro in un Organizzazione risulta dalla combinazione di:

a. attività da svolgere

b. relazioni tra persone

Sembra che più ci concentriamo sulle relazioni, meno otteniamo in termini di attività, e viceversa.

Vogliamo parlare di come risolvere questo apparente dilemma.
