Developed and applies the Connected Participation model framing an approach to Organizational Change that widens the concept of client, values diversity and creates convergence of people towards shared meanings, goals and actions.
Applies participative approaches – Appreciative Inquiry, Future Search, World Cafè, Open Space Technology, in order to design and deliver change interventions in a multiplicity of businesses, with different sizes and peculiarities.
Designed and delivered training courses on Sales, Communication, Time Management.
Designed and delivers public workshops on
Leadership Development: “Introspective Leadership” – “Leadership Circles”,
Communication: “Difficult Conversations”
“Appreciative Inquiry for Leaders”
“Appreciative Inquiry for Internal and External Consultants and Facilitators”

Workshops and Interventions have been delivered to a diverse variety of businesses and public entities.
Some recent projects involved, or are involving: Laore Sardegna Public Entity supporting the Agricultural Sector in Sardinia, JService s.n.c., software design firm developing applications for mobile devices and distributing nationally in Italy; Pineda s.n.c., a commercial business operating in the distribution of food products, Cicu S.r.l., industrial doors, windows and other construction supplies manufacturer.

2008 – Chairman 28th Organizational Development Institute WorldCongress – Cagliari Italy;
Organized the Congress, designed many of the activities.

2007: Copenhagen Business School: presented “Connected Participation” during the MCD Conference
