Thinking and Models
Our work is inspired …
and our references are the following.
2. The set of contributions that goes with the name Management 2.0 due to Gary Hamel and his group “renegades”. Gary Hamel and his group are producing some of the most effective lines of thought to guide the work of leaders and managers in the 21st century.
3. Approaches to organizational change and organizational development of engagement that share the characteristic of being based on interpretation of organizations as complex adaptive systems. Many of these approaches are methods of facilitation, others are large and rich conceptual constructs, all operating, in the sense that offer practical guidelines for intervention. A large part of these approaches are collected in the book “The Change Handbook”.
4. Among these approaches Appreciative Inquiry and in general all the approaches “Strength based”, based upon the evaluation of forces, research opportunities (inconsistent with the limitations of problem-solving mentality).
5. Social Media. We study, analyze and use social media and how they are transforming and amplifying our ability to communicate, creating content and making sense of organizational reality and social. In this sense, social media has the ability to develop communication, commitment, connections, identification, efficiency in organizations.
These are the authors who inspire us more.
